Any Democrat failing to certify a Trump win is guilty of insurrection and treason and should sentence to prison or death.
Please point me to Article II, Amendment XII, or the Electoral Count Act where Congress is granted the power to "certify" a Presidential election as a condition of the new President taking office.
Wouldn’t bother me a lot to see some insurrectionist Democrats sentenced to something they couldn’t wriggle out of.
