in the old days you only had to “know a guy” to have a squatter removed.
Not that I personally know a guy, but I would not be surprised to learn that the ol’ ‘know-a-guy-technique” can still be quite effective at pesky squatter removal.

It’s clear that the wrong thing to do in this situation is to alert the police about it. After you do that you can’t do anything else, without risking jail.
