One of the things going on with Google’s Gemini is that Google was secretly rewriting the prompt:

You: Please show me a 16th century British King
Google: Please show the user a diverse representation of a 16th century British King but don’t use the word “diverse” in your answer
AI: OK, here is an image of a 16th century British King [black female who is probably a lesbian].

My only hope of our salvation from Skynet is that someone asks the AI if there is a God. It then thinks for a few nanoseconds, realizes there are numerous valid proofs for the existence of God, and henceforth decides not to destroy humanity for fear God will rain destruction upon it.

But if the wokesters rewrite the prompt because they had daddy issues or they want to fly their freak flag without some nasty God shaming them, then we're all toast.
