Two things that will sink him tonight:
1) if he doesn’t have a long afternoon nap
2) if the drugs they will pump him up with do not achieve their expected effect by 9 pm, or if the effect wears off with 20 minutes to go.
Remember, this is way past his normal bedtime. Lots of moving parts with dementia.
I hope tomorrow someone asks KJP what drugs were administered prior to the speech.
He's been sleeping until noon for sure. They'll have him prepared, all he has to do is read. It will be right around 60 minutes, due to his feebleness that's about all he can handle.
