I disagree. Modafinil doesn’t cause the hyperactivity that Biden exhibited. I would guess coke or meth.

I had a prescription for Modafinil (for mild sleep apnea). If I took too much it made me prone to anger over the slightest irritations, such as feeling that my wife walking too slowly while we were grocery shopping.
