It’s not only a quote, but it’s on video with Biden saying this. I do not understand why Republicans do not post that video over and over and over again whenever they talk about voter fraud or election fraud. Since I do not think that Republican elected officials are stupid, my only conclusion is that Republicans don’t want to win elections.
