Trump's valet who worked at Mar-a-Lago for 20 years comes forward publicly and admits he 'unwittingly' carried boxes of classified documents onto the ex-president's plane and is willing to testify in the Florida case

A former Mar-a-Lago valet who used to ferry insider guests to the former president's private club has come forward to speak publicly about his role in transporting banker's boxers filled with what turned out to be classified information.

BrianButler, identified as 'Trump Employee 5' in Donald Trump's Florida indictment, spoke about moving the material in June of 2022, shortly before he decided to leave employment with Trump.

He is described in it as coordinating the activity with property manager Carlos De Oliviera and Trump aide Waltine 'Walt' Nauta in the superseding indictment prosecutors filed last July, having spoken with federal investigators before Special Counsel Jack Smith's prosecutors filed charges in the case.

'They were the boxes that were in the indictment, the white bankers boxes. That’s what I remember loading,' Butler told CNN in an on-camera interview.

...

He ended up assisting in transporting boxes from Mar-a-Lago on a day Trump and a lawyer met with DOJ officials at Mar-a-Lago amid the agency's effort to secure government material.

'I left Mar-a-Lago. I texted him, "Hey, I’m on my way." He followed me. He pulled out and got behind me. We got to the airport. I ended up loading all the luggage I had – and he had a bunch of boxes,' he said.

According to Butler, the three helped move the material along with Trump family luggage to the airport in West Palm Beach, on a day Trump was making his seasonal pilgrimage to his golf club in Bedminster, New Jersey.

Butler worked for Trump for two decades, but now sounds disillusioned with the world he inhabited after speaking to federal investigators. He could presumably be called to testify at trial, which could begin this summer if Trump-appointed Judge Aileen Cannon doesn't delay it amid legal squabbles over classified information.

Yeah, the Dems, if you noticed, have gone back to vacuous claims of trump loves Hitler and all that bs, which telegraphs that’s all they have now.

They’re in a holding pattern and they’re fuming

Since the current government is essentially a vast criminal conspiracy, I suppose one of the few things they would be good at doing (besides enriching themselves) would be inventing crimes their critics could have committed.

I wonder what crimes I have committed? I suppose somebody will be along soon to tell me.

That’s right, he could move them anywhere he wanted to.

Pressure move by the prosecutor. Won’t work.

Correct. The first thing I thought of was that this was another hardcore move against the 30 or so unindicted co-conspirators who have no money in which to fight for their innocence.

They better turn on Trump or else.

Much of it is so they can tell themselves they have to cheat to save “their”country. The rats are shameless and can rationalize absolutely anything.

This is serious. A man moved boxes that that were de facto declassified by the very fact that the President of the United States took them with him when he left the White House.

If only he had merely shot a helpless unarmed freedom loving protester in the neck at point blank range or some other excusable thing.

I think the point is that only certain people with Top Secret clearances and in control of classified records can touch or move those boxes...

The valet was not cleared to participate...

Which means whatever he moved they were not classified material...

How many decades in prison did Jackass Smith promise him if he doesn’t start working for the prosecution?

They are boxes. So what
There was no classified information even if the boxes had anything in them

Will Chomo Biden’s excuse of “I take responsibility for staff taking boxes” admitting he indeed had classified SCIF documents but trying to say it was all some staffer’s fault he ended up with unsecured classified documents accessible to his Chinese owners and his chomo son.

(Isn’t the National Archives supposed to go through the files before they dump them?)

Yes they are but this is the first time in presidential history they didn’t. The National Archives were part of the pre-planned setup for the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago.

Exactly. The person who runs the National Archives huge Democrat. No word about Biden having boxes of classified material that should have never left classified areas. Yet, they were demanding documents (that they had copies of) from Trump , after they refused to do assigned duties. Biden White House in direct communication with national archives. Looks dirty from the get go like the Georgia prosecution, that started with an illegally taped phone call and edited transcript. The media playing non stop lies and disinformation to the public.

How did he know what was in the boxes?
Did he open every box?
More nonsense from a “former” employee.

He might’ve been threatened instead. Threats don’t show up in bank accounts.

Good point.
