Fate of Fani Willis Has Been Decided (23 page ruling)

Judgement Day has finally arrived for Fani Willis.

Judge Scott McAfee, who presided over the Fulton County district attorney's disqualification proceedings, has ruled that Willis must step away from the Trump prosecution or cut ties with special prosecutor Nathan Wade, the private-practice attorney she hired to prosecute former President Donald Trump and with whom she had an undisclosed affair.

Advertisement According to the 23-page ruling, McAfee ordered, "[W]ere the case allowed to proceed unchanged, the prima facie concerns raised by the Defendants would persist. As the District Attorney testified, her relationship with Wade has only 'cemented' after these motions and 'is stronger than ever.' Wade’s patently unpersuasive explanation for the inaccurate interrogatories he submitted in his pending divorce indicates a willingness on his part to wrongly conceal his relationship with the District Attorney."

"As the case moves forward, reasonable members of the public could easily be left to wonder whether the financial exchanges have continued resulting in some form of benefit to the District Attorney, or even whether the romantic relationship has resumed."

"Put differently, an outsider could reasonably think that the District Attorney is not exercising her independent professional judgment totally free of any compromising influences. As long as Wade remains on the case, this unnecessary perception will persist," Merchant continued.

There is no justice in Fulton County Georgia USA.

Fani Wllis is a criminal and both the judge and Fani need to be removed and disbarred. Appeal should be immediate.

Notwithstanding, Willis still has the case and it will proceed.

So, both of these bozos can continue working to lynch President Trump. The only difference is, they cannot be seen “hanging out” and “hooking up” together?

Can she use the case and evidence Wade developed? Do they have to toss out what they have and a new attorney start all over?

The judge held a Royal Flush and Fani played the race card…he folded.

The judge didn’t want to be taken paddle boarding by O’Vomit and Cankles Clinton.

The Bar should step to the plate.

Jim Jordan is on her tail.

Since her position is elected...and this time around, there are others after the job...she may very well lose her job at election time.

If she was smart...she would leave...

She'll have to talk with Harris and Obama...they're giving the orders. Remember Harris was a big, hot, belligerent prosecutor....just like Fani.

Georgia is corrupt. The judge should have never allowed to judge this case because of prior relationship with Fanni and he was up for election in Fulton Co, the black democrat strong hold voting population that controls Georgia and state elected officials. It is wrong.

The sad thing is that the MEDIA is probably cheering and celebrating the injustice happening.

“The judge uses the word “reasonable”.”

************

Reminiscent of Comey’s “no reasonable prosecutor”. The Left has discovered a useful term to be used to justify protective actions for their people.

Wow.

Just, wow.

You know, if the powers that be cannot follow the law, not quite sure why we should.

The DC case is,by far,the most important. Rat Party Headquarters will stop at nothing to get a verdict there by October. And,of course,a guilty verdict there is as certain as was a guilty verdict against Tom Robinson...and it's certain for the same reason that Tom's was certain.

Agreed. I had hope with this judge. America is at a low ebb.

Whichever one remains on the case will be disemboweled by the Professional Ethics Board and the new body charged with reigning in rogue or incompetent prosecutors. The judge didn’t necessarily have to haul the entire load.

I knew it. He was a wimp, first and foremost. No guts to make the obvious call.

But the travesty of the case is not these two idiots fooling around with each other. It's the outright absurdity of the charges against Trump. The case should have been summarily dismissed, regardless of the fooling around these two perjurers did with each other.

Our legal system, and legal profession in the US, in its entirety, are invalid, absurd, nullified, dissolved.

The only law going forward will be vigilantism and jury nullification.

But the good news is that every ounce of lawfare these communists use against us normals just infuriates and motivates our voters.

That’s what should happen. The judge can’t proosecute...he can only look at the “items”.
