A state court cannot place a Bill of Attainder on a candidate for president, or perhaps you weren't paying any attention to Trump v. Anderson just 10 days ago. Or perhaps you just like the taste of your foot in your mouth.
Secondly, McAfee's decision punts this case until after the election. Fanny will have to make the choice, and then fight to have those three stricken counts re-installed, and then try her case. If you know anything about the law (lol), there is zero chance that schedule can be completed in less than eight months.
Thirdly, you got one thing right -- Greasy should be in a bullpen somewhere cleaning up after the rodeo...
"Its time for Trump to get in front of this and show how much he cares for our country by saying he will withdraw his candidacy and give his delegates to DeSantis if he is convicted in Georgia, since the appeals process would take years to play out.
Although offending Trump supporters here is not my intent, it must be said that we put ourselves in this situation by not having a Plan B in place, which should have been keeping DeSantis in the bullpen."

Megyn Kelly is joined by Alan Dershowitz, author of “Get Trump,” to discuss Judge Scott McAfee’s ruling in the Fani Willis disqualification case allowing Fani Willis to stay but forcing Nathan Wade to leave, how McAfee tried to “split the baby” and have it both ways, and more.
