Dershowitz came back on the show yesterday calling himself "Nostradamas" - it was exactly as he predicted - the judge would "play Solomon" and try to have it both ways. He threw a bone to the defense earlier with his dismissal of a few of the charges - Dersh said this was the first clue that the judge was going to rule to keep Fat Fani on the case.

I believe nothing will further come of this for Fani.

Hope that cowardly judge loses his next election in a landslide.
