As said on a different thread, the Judge is saying there is an “appearance of impropriety” and not actual impropriety. An “appearance”, while bad, might not actually be a “legal” standard. The legal standard might have to be an actual impropriety or worse. Which means, even Fani/bf could appeal this weak ruling.
“appearance” is indeed a legal standard.
It is often said that the darkest hour is just before dawn. Evil people are becoming more & more brazen - cowards abound. I can only hope the backlash is imminent.
