The former chair of the Florida Republican Party compared the bloodbath of firings at the Republican National Committee under new chair Lara Trump is like 'a funeral' and leading the party the wrong way.
Al Cardenas, who runs the GOP in the Sunshine State and is the husband of prominent anti-Trump 'The View' co-host Ana Navarro, told MSNBC Friday that this is being done in order to use the national party's funds to fight former President Trump's election grievances.
'This is nonsense, I mean, it's only spending millions to perpetuate the fallacy that there was election fraud in 2020,' he said.

They should do more than fire 100% of the staff. All computer equipment should be replaced, the rooms swept for electronic bugs and cameras, and, speaking of bugs, the the rooms and any remaining furniture should be fumigated for good measure.
I’d say, change the name, too. I will never donate a dime to something called the “Republican National Committee.” I get nausea just typing the name.

The GOP hierarchy is replete with self-serving a-holes that have no problem selling out the constituency especially at the local level. Ironically, Republicans have worse “representation” within the GOP than the Rats have in their party.
Dillon didn’t strike me as someone who would wage war on anyone. She claimed in November 2022 that she would be at Kari Lake’s side in AZ until all the votes were tallied. The next evening she was in studio on Hannity’s show IIRC discussing the Riley Gaines case. The votes in AZ took weeks to count and Lake “lost.”

Hopefully the second thing you do is repeat the process with the federal bureaucracy and congress. I think there are still enough real Marines in service that would obey the orders with enthusiasm.

All of us DeSantis supporters voted unamimously for that other DeSantis supporter you mentioned to represent us. We were too lazy to form a cult like the only-Trumpers so we just picked a rep that we knew would live rent free in your head.
Trump inevitably is the nominee and we DeSantis supporters will be voting for him. We’re not so stupid to stay home because our guy didn’t get the nomination and we know that almost any Republican is a better choice than the best Dhimmicrat, and Trump is better than most Republicans. We’re going to support Trump heartedly. We know he has the propensity to alienate voters he needs and since we DeSantis supporters want to WIN, WIN, WIN we’re going do everything we can to support DJT and hopefully offset some of the bullschiff that costs him votes. But don’t count on us to buy his superhero cards and prayer candles.
