Concur. There is no way a NYC jury of subway riders would convict this guy particularly in light of all the recent incidents. This trial is a waste of taxpayer $$$. This guy deserves a medal.
I understand where the other posters are coming from, but all he needs is one juror who won’t vote to convict.
