Anyone in the military shooting any of the foreign nationals breaking into our country would spend the rest of the lives in Leavenworth.
Anyone in law enforcement doing the same would spend the rest of their lives in solitary confinement.
If Trump can have property stolen by the state gov't for a non crime in which there were no victims...if J6er's are forced spend months in solitary confinement prior to trial, and then are convicted to remain there for years to come for simply milling around the inside of the capital and chatting/fist bumping the capital police...
They would throw anyone shooting foreign nationals in a dark hole and loose the key.
This is the evil the country finds itself in.
