Why arrest anyone who has committed a crime in NYC? All that will happen is a free ride back and a no bail release. There would be more punishment for prosecuting them for possessing a stolen vehicle in Pennsylvania.

They won’t be walking, this case is too high-profile now
But it would be nice, if there was some way these two low-lifes could get the same treatment that they gave to this poor woman ...
