What we know about the Moscow concert attack:
A shooting and fire were reported Friday night at a large concert hall near Moscow.
Russian news agencies reported at least three people wearing camouflage opened fire at the Crocus City Hall.
The number of injuries is unclear, but video footage published on Russian social media channels showed chaotic scenes, with a large crowd of concertgoers attempting to flee.
Firefighters have evacuated about 100 people from the basement of the building and efforts are underway to rescue people from the roof, Russian emergency officials said.

At least 40 people were killed and more than 100 were injured after armed attackers opened fire inside a popular concert venue complex near Moscow, according to preliminary information from the Federal Security Service in Russia, state media TASS reported.
Meanwhile, Russia 24 reports the roof of the Crocus City Hall concert venue, where the attack unfolded, has partially collapsed.

If this terrorist act is what was Victoria Nuland’s surprise, and she set had it in motion, is it why she suddenly “retired” ?
As others have stated, about two weeks ago our embassy in Russia warned US citizens not to go to large gatherings, explicitly calling out concerts.
If we had anything to do with this it is an act of lunacy. It is a sad state of affairs that it is thinkable - given our current ruling class.
