On Friday’s broadcast of HBO’s “Real Time,” host Bill Maher stated that while food prices have gone up significantly under President Joe Biden, 2024 Republican presidential candidate former President Trump is doing better among younger voters because he lies and “when you don’t know anything, you can’t compare it to what’s said.” And “we were just kind of lucky for 20 years, and there wasn’t much inflation. So, maybe you’ve never lived in a time when there was inflation. So, you think, oh, Trump, no inflation, Biden, inflation, me vote Trump.”

All anyone has to do is look at their grocery bill - and how everything is “shrinking” - to know what inflation is doing to them.

Huge hikes in Middle Eastern oil prices led to high inflation in the 1970s.
Biden’s war in Ukraine and deliberate policy of forcing up oil and gas prices, combined with insane levels of government deficit spending, led to high inflation now.
Maher is an idiot. No one is tricking the public into seeing the huge price revolution happening before their eyes. Biden and the Dems are using inflation to transfer wealth by destroying the value of savings.
