The merger of Truth Social’s parent company and the special purpose company set up to acquire it was completed Monday.
Shares of the combined company, which will be named Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG), are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq stock exchange under the ticker symbol DJT.
TMTG, as a publicly traded company, will continue to be led by Chief Executive Officer, Devin G. Nunes, and its existing management team.
Shares of DWAC, the special acquisition vehicle, soared on Monday. At around noon, they were up by more than 20 percent.

I had no idea he was involved. I assume we are talking about the former CA representative. Really liked him...great guy and I do not want to be disappointed in him as has happened with others...
note it will list on NASDAQ, not NYSE. DJT explained why in his impromptu remarks. HINT: just a little bit of karma, NY.
Expect the attacks against this new company and everyone involved to be thick and fierce.

Yes, that Devin Nunes. When Trump created Truth Social, he tapped Nunes to be the CEO. Devin did a great job getting Truth Social off the ground and competitive. Now there is this great merger.

Mainly because when there is symbol change some trading companies have a short delay
In other words you might not be able to sell tomorrow morning
I expect large price swings tomorrow and perhaps a halt to trading at times
( It happened before in the initial mania)

Several Republican Congressmen sent them letters in the past few months blasting them
If anyone could use some FU money, its Trump.
They threw up roadblocks for the past couple years — but finally relented.
But, like you, I’m surprised they didn’t just kill it totally.

Except Conservatives pay with their pocketbooks not their mouths. I hope the stock skyrockets and nets Trump billions for all they have put him through. It also shows an example of someone building something - not living off tax-payers which Americans love.

remembering how Nunes was among first to alert DJT to what was going on in Deep State early on in 2017 - and was sidelined with an Ethics investigation as a reward by the Dems. i hope he’s making a pile off of this.
