From the first sentence of the blog you offered; The terrorist attack in Moscow that killed more than 130 apparently was the work of ISIS-K, one of several ISIS franchises. That is what our intelligence agencies say, and I have no reason to doubt it.

You have much more faith in our intelligence agencies that I do

Maybe you can tell me if these actions are the MO of ISIS.

They were hired for money, not Jihad. They all arrived in and escaped in the same car. They fled toward a very heavily guarded border, suggesting cooperation of some kind. They were all got captured alive and are now making statements.

Disingenuous of you to focus only on the first sentence.

It goes on to point out that ISIS supplied video that only the perpetrators of the attack would have.

Also,

You are unhinged.

ISIS-K - it's like instant coffee.

The CIA reaches up on the shelf for a jar of instant ISIS, adds water and PRESTO - we have a new flavor of ISIS.

I read a LOT - and I've never heard of ISIS-K until the CIA assets in our Media started cr@ppin git out their mouths immediately after the Ukie attack on Krocus.
