There’s a commuter rail line that goes through my town that has a long stretch of track that’s unprotected by fences. Anyone can just walk onto the track as a train approaches and...splat.

This lack of fencing was adjudicated years ago. There is no possible way railroads could maintain the vast amount of fencing required to protect the tracks. Fence cutting is observed everyday at the U. S. Border. So, for liability’s sake, no trespassing signs are the only requirement. So far, only English and Spanish.
