President Joe Biden is now considering a program that could allow 4,000 undocumented immigrants every year to avoid deportation and obtain a green card to remain in the United States.
Those who have lived in the U.S. for more than 10 years and have a legal citizen relative that would 'suffer' as a result of their removal could qualify for access to this program, which the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) says allows non-legal permanent residents to apply for a judge to 'cancel your removal' and stay in the U.S.
It comes amid continued crackdowns by Republicans in Congress on the Biden administration's actions at the southern border.
The House voted last month to impeach Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas for dereliction of duty and lying to the American people. And recent reports revealing that 320,000 migrants were flown by the Biden administration into U.S. cities in 2023 have only added to criticism of Biden's immigration policies.

The vast majority of those who crossed illegally will have children on US soil that automatically become citizens.
Those children can petition to grant their parents citizenship as a result.
Every one of these will become citizen voters.

Executive decree with the help of the National Guard for deportations. The entire legal enforcement of the Executive is at his disposal. Congress already made the laws, he is just enforcing them. That would force Congress to change the laws to allow all of the illegals to stay, and I doubt that would fly.

The questions remains: "HOW does the government go about finding and identifying the illegals in our midst?" What methods could be used to to this?
Currently, illegal entry into the country is a misdemeanor. If you’ve stayed here 3 years illegally, it should become a felony.
And if she came here legally, she should be given the opportunity. Sheesh.

Note their using the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), whose working motto is "The case isn't over until the illegal immigrant wins". This office should be abolished and it's funds used for expediting deportations after tracker chips are deeply embedded into repeat offenders.
I have a serious proposal to cure this problem.
1) All employers will be checked. If you are employing an illegal alien, you will be given 3 days to remove the person from your payroll, otherwise, you will face a $500,000 per illegal per day fine. If you provide housing, and provide an illegal alien housing, then the same fines will be issued. This is not an excessive fine per the 8th Amendment, but a calculated average of the year of benefits they would receive.
2) Anyone who is caught providing government benefits to any person without verifying their legal status will be subject to felony treason charges.
3) Anyone who finds an employer providing employment or a housing provider providing housing for an illegal alien will be allowed to collect 10% of any fines that are collected from said employer or housing provider.
4) English will be the official language of the United States. No longer will government forms (outside immigration forms) be allowed to be printed in any language other than English, including voter registration.
5) Any NGO that is working towards getting illegal aliens into America will be disbanded within 48 hours of the passing of the laws. If you are found as an NGO representative to be a US Citizen operating after that time to elicit illegal immigration in America or any other country, you will be arrested for treason.
6) Any politician who attempts to pass laws allowing amnesty, benefits or ease of access to illegal immigrants will be charged with treason. Any president providing any ease of restrictions on illegal immigration will be immediately guilty of high crimes against the United States and removed from office and charged with treason. As well, any assistants who assisted said president with the illegal acts will also be charged with treason.
7) Immigration is a higher priority to the country than any other factor. Any organization or individual who brings lawsuits against the federal government to stop the building of any physical or logical barriers to illegal immigrants will be charged with treason. The Spotted Sand Lizard does not take precedence over a wall to keep out illegal aliens.
8) Anyone found outside the legal points of entry claiming asylum will automatically be barred from asylum claims for a period of no less than 10 years.
9) Anyone who overstays their Visa and attempts to be employed will be removed from America.
10) Simply dropping a baby on the American side of the border does not grant them citizenship. All anchor babies who have an illegal alien residing with them will have their presumption of citizenship stripped and all members of the household who are involved in the illegal entry or overstay will be deported to their country of origin or what their original citizenship would have been, until a trial date can be set to hear their deportation and removal of citizenship.
