Now, if Boston coulda found someone to destroy Rt93, they coulda got the feds to pay for The Big Dig.
I drove on 95 near Boston during rush hour recently. It’s worse, arguably, than Manhattan inbound traffic. And that’s an improvement?
My hopes are very low for the people of Baltimore.

As one who moved from Boston Metro to NY Metro, I can attest that the traffic is much worse in Boston.
Also, though few people believe it when I say so, the drivers in NYC are much more polite than the ones up in Boston.

At least back before the Big dig while sitting in traffic for an hour you were up on the elevated roadway with things around you to look at.
Now you are trapped in a tunnel for an hour and a half.
