NBC did an incredibly self-destructive act by hiring and then firing Ronna McDaniels, especially for the reasons they canned her.

I can just imagine what the people trying to sell ad time on the network are thinking. "We're going to halve our income with this one act of idiocy."

And their law department is probably drinking themselves into a stupor trying to forget what they know is coming down the legal road for NBC.

Cuomo is earnest enough and tries to be even handed. But he is beholden to the opinions of his liberal peers, and in that regard is not a free man.
