The Bible comes with the written lyrics of the Greenwood song, a copy of the Declaration of Independence, Constitution, Bill of Rights, and Pledge of Allegiance.

I believe the Bible has been available for purchase for several years now at Lee Greenwood’s site.
The website doesn’t say which translation it is. Lots of editions of the Bible available for a lot less than they are charging.
