There is a “side” to Rockford..I want to say the west side.
We are getting some spill-over from Chicago, but like everyone else, more drugs, more crime, more homeless people. But THIS is out of the ordinary.
However, in 1978, a Rockford man, Simon Peter Nelson, killed his 6 children when his wife told him she wanted a divorce.
