Scott is the wrong man to be Mayor, he doesn’t have the cajones to manage cleaning up the harbor. There should be a dozen tugs with grappling hooks clearing that structural steel out of the harbor right now but this clown is playing politics.
Before the latest Baltimore mayoral election, I was in my car listening to a conservative talk show on the radio.
