Maher: We’re Better Off Under Biden, Don’t Have Excessive COVID Restrictions
Breitbart ^ | 03/30/2024 | Ian hatchett

Posted on 03/30/2024 6:54:17 AM PDT by ChicagoConservative27

During his closing monologue on Friday’s broadcast of HBO’s “Real Time,” host Bill Maher argued that America is better off than it was four years ago because we’re not in the middle of the time “when COVID hit and America wet itself, emptied its pockets, and curled up in a ball” by overreacting to the coronavirus pandemic.

The people have control of the government only through the president. He appoints judges and 4000 top officials. When the president is a figurehead which is so obviously the case with Biden. The people have no control. So when you vote for Biden, you are voting to let the CIA and the military and the VA and the IRS manage themselves. The American people are not in control of their own government. Its like Chicagoan’s thinking they are in control of the White Sox. Our military is NATO. We are not in control. And the rest of the world has noticed. We have unleashed a menace on the world. And we are not in control of it. Its like the old lady next door buys a Bull Mastiff. She feeds it. But she can’t control it. It just sits on her porch and barks at or attacks whoever it wants. That is our government and our military.

So vote for Biden and you are voting for Cujo. The rest of the world would appreciate if we would leash our dog (which his acting closer to Cocaine Bear).

Sometimes, Haher says something that makes sense. Most times, he’s wrong on the issues and wrong about those in power.

Maher, like most people, has a short attention span. Which is why democrats don’t worry about how people feel about an issue or their wrongdoing today, because, people will not remember. Maher has forgotten, either by choice or through a failing memory, that, all of most of the restrictions issued regarding Covid, came from the Biden administration or democrat governors, or the CDC and FDA (democrat controlled agencies).

Mr. Maher has been straying slightly to the right for a few years now. Having seen what was done to P Diddy he has made the necessary course corrections. Hopefully, for his career’s sake, he has gotten back on track with the appropriate amount of whatever it is the left looks for from penitent lefties.

The states were the most responsible for the Covid restrictions, the democrat led ones being the worst.

Wow, the left plays so dirty. Just when you think you’ve heard it all, all the leftists who were criticizing lifting the restrictions are not blaming Trump for it to make him look bad.

There he goes again, back into the sewer of liberal-think.

Some days he seems like he “might just be seeing the light”, then he comes out with asinine statements to let everyone know that he is still a clueless liberal

So, That’s the plan.

Democrats will wait until trump’s back in office and then unleash another media driven chinese plague panic.

They’re quite predictable these maoist totalitarians.

School closures were almost directly correlated with blueness of a state and teachers union strength. The public schools that were closed the longest were in the bluest of the states, CA, NM, HI, WA, OR. . .the ones that opened soonest were the red states.

I will never forget because I followed state and even county closures closely. I had 2 high school teens at the time, in public high school in CA. One I moved to homeschooling (he promptly flunked out of “remote” high school) and the other I moved to a private school.

The closures affected three academic years: closure beginning the Spring of 2020, the entire following academic year of complete “remote” virtual school, and the year after that they were all masked and couldn’t learn AP Spanish. (Hard to learn when both the teacher and the student are masked.)

I’ll never forget. I attended 7 rallies to reopen schools, 2 to reopen sports, and 3 signature gathering events to recall the school board.

Nothing to do with Trump. All to do with leftist county health directors, leftist states, and teachers unions.

Total disregard for students K-12 and college in blue states. Some athletes forced to compete masked collapsed! An awful time to be a teen in a blue state.

The lockdowns have every appearance of a CIA psyop to get states to enact mail-in voting so they could steal the election for Biden. The fact that Biden is now pResident doesn’t put more space between the CIA and the present circumstances as Maher’s comment implies, it puts less.

Maher was blackballed by Hollywood and his agent (CAA) by failing to get him his invite to the Vanity Fair pre-Oscar party. He was pissed and fired CAA(iirc). CAA has just dropped Ronna McDaniel, too.

He’d been expressing far too many commonsense opinions of late and Vanity didn’t want the traitor there, is my guess, so he’s got himself right now.

Maher’s latest is frkn ridiculous, omitting all the devastation Ds created because of COVID. Trump quieted the bed-wetting as requested—remarkably so—but sadly didn’t have the medical chops to stop America’s #1 Doctor Fauci.

Note that the 3 D president’s just accused Trump of advising America to “drink bleach”, when in actual fact Trump was suggesting perhaps some sort of aerial disinfectant was possible. He suggested alternatives like ivermectin-—which Neil Cavuto and Terry Bradshaw said “WILL KILL YOU—and who has now been proven correct, yet again.

Wasn’t that when the “progressive” governors, such as Cuomo, Whitmer, Wolff and Newsome, set draconian restrictions that they themselves flouted?

As I recall, they also forced nursing homes to accept infected patients among their vulnerable, elderly residents. Gov Wolff’s health secretary, Richard Levine (now “Rachel” who works in the Biden administration) moved his mother out of a facility before executing Wolff’s executive order.

The problem was Bipartisan Biden and the Democrats hold their bag alongside GOP Governors Ohio’s Mike DeWine the Lockdown King and other Vax hyping Republicans like Mitch McConnell and the Alabama Governor Kay Ivey.

Old Meemaw actually said there are:

“Regular Folks”

as opposed to:

“Unvaccinated Folks”

She said that in AL in a business park at a Pharma facility.

Uh, it’s because of Trump’s policies we came out of that, Bill. In fact if Biden had just literally sat there and did nothing and left things as they were when he took office on a host of issues - such as energy production, Afghanistan, border security, etc. he’d be cruising to a landslide re-election...things would indeed be substantially better across the board letting those policies continue to play out.
