Supporters of the MAGA movement raised questions on Thursday after prosecutors requested jail time for the individual involved in the theft of Ashley Biden's diary.
On Tuesday, prosecutors in New York sent a letter to a judge requesting that Aimee Harris, the individual accused of stealing the diary of U.S. President Joe Biden's daughter, face four to 10 months of jail time in the case.
Conservative commentator Laura Loomer said, "So if the Ashley Biden diary is real, doesn't that mean we have a pedophile occupying the White House?"

NY law makes no distinction between stolen or “lost” property. Possession of either is a crime there, even if you received it from a third person.
