Mayo Clinic experts say puberty blockers can lead to withering testicles, fertility problems and even cancer among the trans kids who take them, in the latest study to raise alarm about transgender medicine.
The findings cast doubt on the 'reversibility' of puberty blockers — a key claim of the trans activists who promote the drugs, saying they only 'pause' puberty and buy time for trans kids to make decisions about their gender.

That bastard Surgeon General waited till he had children before transitioning. He has doomed so many to a life of physical and psychological pain with a great many so depressed they destroy themselves. I’ve been retired from teaching for 11 years now, and just heard last week one of my ex student killed herself after several years as a trans.
They should have asked us. We knew that.
All the doctors and psychologists who pushed kids into destroying their sexuality need to be kicked out of the profession.
As is clear from the abstract, these data pertain to little boys. Who are, by definition, being experimented on physically for a mental state that is likely to be perfectly normal for their age by being given procedures that are anything but normal and are permanent in effect. You might as well be trying to treat existential crises (also a common state of adolescence) with suicide. How any rational adult could imagine this to be ethically acceptable is beyond me.
On the one hand I feel sorry for these poor kids, but on the other.. I am tempted to be happy at removing their genes from the human gene pool along with most other liberals.
