Absolutely true, there is a double standard, it doesn’t mean to me that we overlook the Republicans acting stupid in public.
Like I have multiple times in this thread, it’s not too much to ask our elected Representatives to act like adults when they are adults serving in Congress.
She’s doing so well that they fear she might be re-elected.
That means it’s time to start molding public opinion against her.
I’ve developed a new strategy to stay away from so many insults from fellow FReepers, in a thread where I disagree with most of the posts, I find one that I agree with and respond to that person, a lot of the time we exchange good information between us, on many occasions however, I get some nasty insults directed my way from posters scanning the thread looking for things to complain about.
Maybe the GOPee is fine with Democrat-run Communism, as long as they get to make their money.
They should read Lord of the Rings. If they did, they might understand that those who typically want power the most are least likely wanting to share it.
And when that behavior makes the Communist Democrats look like the adults in the room, we're in BIG TROUBLE!
I don’t really like the moral equivalency a lot of people make, when democrats act like fascists or idiots, which is all the time, then it’s okay for Republicans to act the same way.

That’s a noble goal to shoot for, get elected to Congress, then get voted out because you acted like an idiot multiple times in public, then end up a washed former congresswoman hoping to become a trophy wife, instead of thinking about her 4 children and at least one grand child.
She has 4 boys, I wonder what they think about seeing their mother on video giving a hand job to another guy in public, while getting fondled, now that’s a role model to be proud of.

A friend of mine had it rampant in her family, was tested for BRCA, and had an elective prophylactic double mastectomy about six months ago. (Her identical twin sister won’t do it — doesn’t want to know.)
For me, zero history on either side of my family. I think those cells were triggered to become active due to stress. Had ulcers at the same time.

I’ve answered this in another post, absolutely it’s a double standard, it still doesn’t excuse getting drunk and acting like an idiot in public.
There is a reason why nothing ever gets done in Washington, both parties excuse the behavior of politicians, it’s not right I don’t excuse Republican behavior simply because the other side is just as bad or worse.
