Two things.
Like all Dem supporting groups, American Jews have contributed to the Pelosi and other campaigns all along.

Nearly half of American Jews in surveys have said they place the State of Israel low in their list of concerns. This is true of “secular Jews” more than the right leaning observant and Orthodox Jews.

But now they may learn that as one of the used and now discarded Dem voting blocs they will see that the deaths of Jews is one of the side effects of enabling Democrats. Hamas, PLO and the Rashida Tlaib supporting American Arabs are the new Dem golden voters. Jews are being swept aside.

Pew Research, 2020
Caring about Israel is “essential” to what being Jewish means to 45% of U.S. Jewish adults, and an additional 37% say it is “important, but not essential,” according to a new Pew Research Center survey that was fielded from Nov. 19, 2019, to June 3, 2020 – well before the latest surge of violence in the region. Just 16% of U.S. Jewish adults say that caring about Israel is “not important” to their Jewish identity. Many object to the pro-Trump Israelis who support Netanyahu and prefer to replace him with a “lean across the aisle” in the Knesset dove who could sell out the country to
the UN and Arabs to seek “peace.”

They're not Jewish because they're Americanized. It is more important to them to be a member of the Democratic Party in "good standing".
