WASHINGTON — Biden administration officials are concerned that Iran may be planning to hit targets inside Israel in retaliation for the Israeli airstrikes in Syria this week that killed several senior Iranian officials, according to two U.S. officials.
The officials said any retaliation inside of Israel is expected to focus on military or intelligence targets, rather than civilians. They also said the administration has begun considering options for how to respond to various possible retaliatory moves by Iran.
Iran has threatened to retaliate, saying the building destroyed was a consular building and therefore was an attack on Iran itself.

Incredible! Does the American media realize that Israel is very capable and probably for years has been war-gaming a response to an Iran attack? Before Iran attacks Israel Tehran must try to discern how Israel will counter-attack in response. My feeling is that an Iran attack will be met by an Israeli attack on Iran’s oil installations.

People are concerned about the announcement Israel is pulling their punch in Gaza.
It may be Israel wants to be seen as appeasing Biden; he has threatened Israel according to reports.
If Iran strikes Israel - and they very well may - Israel and their allies in Congress can lay it at Biden’s feet, i.e. Biden’s threats to withhold support of Israel emboldened Iran’s radical government.
This may not be Israeli deliberate strategy but it may be the way it works out.
If Iran strikes Israel after Biden’s overtures to the terrorists, Israel is clear to take whatever measures are necessary. And Biden is going to look like he is not the free world leader we need.

If Iran hits Israel, Israel will hit Iran. Short of nukes Israel can not take Iran out. Israel has nukes. Israel does have the capability to take out Kharg Island in the Persian Gulf with conventional weapons. About 80% of Iran’s oil exports are from Kharg Island. Iran’s economy would go up in the smoking burning oil of Kharg Island.

It’s my belief that Israel has been stocking nuclear weapons since the 67 war and even more and faster after the 73 Yom Kippur war, remember they almost got their heads handed to them in those two wars and unlike American Politicians the Israelis have a tendency to learn from their mistakes.
So, how many weapons do they have, what is the yield of each of those weapons, do we use a ground burst and contaminate raghead land for a thousand years, or should we be nice guys and use an airburst and just flatten and burn everything.

Israel has basically been at it since Dimona was built in the 1950’s.
1958. Some reports said it went active between 1962-1964.
So you may not be too far off.
Israel certainly had nuclear weapons by 1973.
Israel CAN take Iran's leaders out.
