I’d be 100% in favor of a national abortion ban, but I also know this would require a constitutional amendment. The 14th Amendment includes the word “born” in establishing the rights of citizens.

That wasn’t decided by 5 dudes in black robes. It was a very difficult to achieve process. The people spoke loudly.

And it took a constitutional amendment to end it. Same with Abortion. The SCOTUS has ruled it an issue for the states

I would argue for many reasons it could have been better for the country if it was left up to the states.
