I actually agree with this tax. EVs are way heavier than their ICE counterparts and eat up roads and bridges much faster. The EV buyers have been remiss in paying their ‘fair share’ for the maintenance and upkeep of the infrastructure. Many more states will implement this tax as time goes by....................
