Those two grifters gave up their right to use their royal titles when they quit their jobs in Great Britain. Why are they still calling themselves duke and duchess?

Because without the titles, they are worthless! It is ONLY the fact that Harry is the son of the King of the UK, that that duo get ANY notice at all...with vast amounts of it being "BAD" press.
Harry can't use HRH though; Queen Elizabeth II forbade him from using it.
