Of course he is and I believe he wants a fourth term via Joe or Michelle.
Somebody’s running it, because Biden sure as hell isn’t.
I am not convinced he’s smart enough to run anything. I suspect he’s like the current corrupt closet communist, the face only, of a really dark group. But I thinks he presents a much better face than the geriatric currently in office.
Obama didn’t run Jack, the same person who pulled his strings is pulling Biden’s.
