Aimee Harris, the woman who pleaded guilty to stealing the diary of first daughter Ashley Biden, received a one month prison sentence on Tuesday to be followed by three months of home detention.
She was further ordered to surrender $20,000, the same sum she received from selling the diary to the now-defunct investigative outlet Project Veritas, CNBC reported. Harris will also serve three years on probation.
The Department of Justice last week asked that she receive four to ten months in prison. Harris's sentencing was originally slated for December of 2022 but was delayed a total of 12 times.
She pleaded guilty in August of 2022 to stealing the diary and selling it to Project Veritas, which never published its contents. Harris obtained the diary while staying at a property belonging to Ashley Biden in Florida.
Robert Kurtlander, whom Harris brought on to help sell the diary, has also pleaded guilty and faces sentencing in October.

Seems as though the government wants to make sure all the citizens know never to question the Government Gods.
Imagine the feds putting someone in prison for finding one of our diaries. What a joke. This government is a joke.

Posting this again because I don’t think many realize how solid the evidence (about Joe being a creepy Pedo) is.
She literally said she started having sex in the same sentence she said her dad was having showers with her. I’ve never known/ heard of any girl voluntarily wanting sex under 12 years old.
It’s one (very sick) thing for a grown man to showering and possibly having sex with a 12 year old.
It’s a thousand times worse when it’s your own daughter.

I’d say quite high now. The Diary was proven to be real…as evident from the verdict on the poor woman going to jail.
So the very LAST hope Creepy Sleepy Joe has is that Ashley was blatantly making it up.
Perhaps a psychiatrist could comment here but it seems to me a teen is going to share truth in her diary.
