Yep the legal process always have some that gets the brunt
of the process. Federal and State processes may vary from
each other in a case. So in all it comes down to the verdict
and how it impacts the gov’t and individuals. You never know
what a jury will do until they come back with a decision. jmo
How long can a person be prosecuted for things years ago? I thought this already went to trial.
