Can Trump take this to the Supreme Court, there is NO way he will be acquitted in New York he will be convicted in 1 second..even IF there is any Juror who even thinks about acquitting him, their names will be released and they will be hunted down and killed..they know their lives will be at risk if they do the right thing

At some point most likely but I’m not sure. However
the Supreme Court is out of the question until some
actions are taken thru the process. And that can
take some time. jmo
