Of course the first questions on anyone’s mind would be, was the gun registered, did he have a license to possess it, was it a compliant gun, what was the ammi capacity, was it properly and safely stored, was he using environmentally safe ammo, what training certifications has he cimpleted and are they current, and, of course, does he possess any othe guns, ammo, or accessories that could possibly violate any of California’s numerous laws? Clearly a SWAT raid at 0-dark thirty is immediately indicated to tear his store, dwelling(s), and vehicle(s) to shreds in an attempt to answer these last questions, billing him for this service. Because California, and gun safety, and stuff.
