I think RINOs are still devolving back into invertebrate swamp monsters. It seems that this evolution can happen in only a couple of generations. I think it starts with using daddy’s money to hire democrat students to be your caddy at the country club. Once you rely on them to carry your clubs and call your shots, you are on your way to being a great useless politician.
