Betrayal: How US President Joe Biden is undermining Israel - opinion
The Jerusalem Post | Opinion ^ | April 13, 2024 | By MICHAEL FREUND

This is a breathtaking betrayal of Israel by Biden, who clearly cares more about his poll numbers in Michigan and Minnesota than the fate of the Jewish state.

For someone who has declared himself to be a Zionist, US President Joe Biden sure has a funny way of showing it.

On April 4, in a telephone conversation with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Biden reportedly harangued Israel, all but threatening to cut off military aid to the Jewish state unless it capitulated to his demands.

As Reuters succinctly noted, “US President Joe Biden effectively gave Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu an ultimatum on Thursday: Protect Palestinian civilians and foreign aid workers in Gaza or Washington could rein in support for Israel in its war against Hamas militants.”

Not content with berating Israel in private, the administration quickly trotted out Secretary of State Antony Blinken to give Jerusalem a tongue-lashing in public.

Speaking at a press conference in Brussels, Blinken wasted little time before revealing the contents of the Biden-Netanyahu call, putting Israel on notice that it had to act.

Incredibly, he went so far as to suggest that Israel was running the risk of becoming “indistinguishable” from Hamas if it did not do more to protect Palestinian civilians in Gaza.

This morally obscene comment was enough to raise eyebrows on both sides of the Atlantic, coming as it did just six months after Hamas carried out the largest mass murder of Jews in a single day since the Holocaust.

Why is “opinion” needed to classify Biden undermining Israel?

Do they put “Sun will rise in the East” “US national debt increasing” and “Postage rates may go up” in “opinion”?

This year Passover is on the 23/24 April.

I figure Biden has until then to repent.

After that Biden will have no chance. He will be visited by the angel of death, just as the pharohs were.Let’s just pray Biden does NOT take the rest of the nation with him.

Paint our lintels with lambs blood if you can get it.

Interesting article—

Czech Republic. Someone over there has it figured out. It was translated into English from an article in a Prague newspaper.

“The danger to America is not Joseph Biden, but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency. It will be far easier to limit and undo the follies of a Biden presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their president. The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Biden, who is a mere symptom of what ails America. Blaming the prince of the fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince. The Republic can survive a Biden, who is, after all, merely a fool. It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools, such as those who made him their president.”

Biden boasts about high school football skills: ‘I was the runner-up in the state scoring championship’

President Biden bragged about his high school football glory days Wednesday, claiming to have been “runner-up in the state scoring championship” during remarks at a summit of Native American nations.

The president, who is well-known for exaggerating or embellishing details about his life, lamented that in his younger days, he was forced to choose between playing lacrosse or football, and chose the pigskin because of his prowess on the gridiron.

You couldn’t play both in the same season,” Biden, 81, said.

“And since I was a powerful, 6-foot, 158-pound, flanker back,” he explained as the audience began to chuckle.

My prediction (hope I'm wrong) is the Democrats will be officially anti-Israel in time for this summer's DNC convention.
It will be as much of a litmus test as abortion or child castration.

This same exact thing was said regarding Obama. It is just as accurate now as it was then.

What do we owe Israel?

Do we have a specific treaty with them?

The US doesn’t owe anything to Israel.
The US helped create October 7th by gibing Irun hundreds of billions, sabotaging the Abraham Accords, and trying to start a color revolution in Israel in the months before the attack including getting members of the military and intelligence to refuse to do their duty. So yes, we owe Israel.

There is a difference between isolationism and hating Americas allies/friends and taking the side of its enemies.

How can Biden or any other US official “betray” a country to which the US owes no duty or obligation?
