I think Democrats have voted for dead people for a generation. However, with early voting and drop box voting the potential for fraud has increased. The Republican candidate used to need a 3 or 4% lead, now I think it could be higher.
We need to go back to single day voting and paper ballots. Of course, the military and other that are deployed overseas can do absentee voting. However, that is the exception. Not the rule.
