This is the province I live in unfortunately. You have to juxtapose this elective horror with the denial of a lifesaving transplant because a father exercised his right to informed consent. It’s the culture of death in full regalia.

Unfortunately, it was a tale that repeated itself in so many other locations and is not an isolated incident at all.
