Retaliating with conventional military in Lebanon would’ve been an endless GWOT scenario. Should we have done more than we did? Yes.

He was smart not to get bogged down there since his focus was Russia.
When the bomb went off the invasion of Grenada had already launched and about 47 hours after the bomb we had reached Grenada and were in combat.
