RIM-7 missiles cost about $167000 a pop while Russian guided glide bombs probably run under $10000. Sounds like a good way to go broke. You wouldn't shoot the bomb but the Russian airplane firing it. Glide bombs are fired by Russian Su-35 aircraft which cost $85 million each. Glide bomb max range is 40 miles vs Aim-120 which has a range of 100 miles.
