President Trump on Sunday blasted the far-left judge overseeing the Stormy Daniels ‘hush money’ trial which is set to begin on Monday.
Recall that Trump’s lawyers asked for a 90-day delay so they can pour over the thousands of pages of discovery, but the judge denied their request.
Trump went off on Judge Merchan for giving his lawyers a short period of time to read through the hundreds of thousands of pages of documents that Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg illegally hid.
“Judge Juan Merchan, perhaps the most highly conflicted Judge in New York State history, only gave us a short period of time to read and study hundreds of thousands of pages of documents that D.A. Alvin Bragg illegally hid, disguised, and held back from us. Of course, and as the Judge knows, we need far more time than that. They could have started this Fake Biden Trial many years ago, not right in the middle of my campaign for President, and time would not be a problem. This is a blatant and unprecedented attack on Crooked Joe Biden’s Political Opponent (who is leading in every poll!), done in close coordination with the White House, that cannot be allowed to go forward!” Trump said in a Truth Social post on Sunday.

This case supposedly addresses a campaign violation on Trump’s part because, it’s claimed, he should have recorded the Stormy Daniel’s payment as a campaign expenditure, since it helped his presidential campaign. The New York law being used has never been interpreted in the way it is, now.
If memory serves me correctly, the New York statute that Trump supposedly violated is a misdemeanor violation, which the New York prosecutor’s office has changed to a felony through some sort of legal voodoo (although I’m not certain on that point).
That’s my understanding, but if I’ve misstated anything, please, anyone, feel free to correct me.
As a notoriously bad speller who, at least in his defense, is trying to improve, I feel obliged to point out that the example referenced was a spelling error, and not one of misuse, as the two words in question “pour” and “poor” are homophones and sound identical in spoken language.
Speaking of spelling errors, let me just correct one that I just made - mis-spelling “pore” as “pour”.

Well thank God this is finally going forth. As Joe Biden brings us closer and closer to a nuclear WW3 which will kill billions of people, level entire cities and bring the fate of humanity to the brink of extinction, at least our non-disclosure agreements will be safe!!
