Please, can anyone explain how the prosecutors knew the above. I know that FIB is allowed to bug anyone and everyone, but I still thought that there existed a client-lawyer privilege. But here it appears that the prosecutors acknowledge that they listened in on the conversation between the accused and her lawyers.

Court tv is reporting during her jail house phone calls she was blaming everyone but herself AND was disparaging the jury for finding her guilty.
All that info not only got back to the prosecuting attorney but also the judge set to sentence her.
The prosecuting attorney stated she wasn’t sure what sentence she would request, when she heard all that she recommended the max and sure enough the judge gave her the full 18 months.
Moral of the story.....1st rule of bein’ in a hole is STOP DIGGING.
