In Addition to being prohibited from attending my son Barron’s High School Graduation, I have just learned that the highly biased Judge in the Soros “appointed” D.A. Alvin Bragg’s Witch Hunt Case, will not allow me to attend the historic PRESIDENTIAL IMMUNITY argument in front of The United States Supreme Court, on Thursday, April 25th (next week!).

The linked article is a bit deceptive. Although I am not a criminal defense lawyer, my understanding is that DJT can waive the right to attend the trial. I also understand that DJT wants the court to adjourn the trial while he attends other events. Although the court is not required to grant the adjournments, its failure to do so is petty and demonstrates the obvious bias of this judge.
I can’t believe they are lying about the graduation thing. The judge said he wouldn’t rule on that yet. Most likely hoping the trial is over by then. The fact he can’t attend the Supreme Court hearing is enough of a story without adding lies to it.
Someone needs to deal with dude .

I imagine that is a scheduled trial day. Since this is a criminal trial, Trump has to be in court each day and the judge will not recess the trial for the day to allow him to attend the graduation.

The judge is a real piece of work. In criminal cases such as this, defendants are compelled to attend the trial which includes the voir dire. Here, the Judge should called a one day recess to permit Trump to attend the Supreme Court hearing.
IF ONLY the Supreme Court could order Trump AND this Commie judge to be at the hearing.
Obviously yes it is tampering. The lawyers who do speak in front of SCOTUS work for their client. The client needs to be there.

I honestly do not get how a person who is directly involved in a trial can be forbidden to be present. I would understand certain exceptions for dangerous persons but this, Hellno.
