USAA? I have been a member for almost 60 years. If true, I will send a letter requesting an explanation as to why Eastman was terminated from services. I am certain a majority of USAA members are unaware of it.
There are about half a million privacy laws they would be violating if they were to answer your question.
Member here of USAA since 1963. Have been extremely displeased for some time with outrageous rate hikes, AND their reluctance to make good on perfectly legitimate claims. Will be shopping around.
According to the article, they didn’t tell Eastman. My guess would be they wouldn’t pass that information on to us either.
Concur, this is not good kind of stuff from them, they must have gone woke.
I’ve been a member for 50 years. I have house and auto insurance with USAA. I wasn’t aware of this either. USAA is insurance for military families. I can’t believe their customers are going to accept this. There ought to be some kind of organized boycott of the company. I bet that would make them change their tune.
